99 Application for range approval
(1)
Application may be made to an authorised officer to approve a range for weapons target shooting.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
provide the further particulars reasonably required by the authorised officer; and
(c)
be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
