Extended trading hours
19 Extended trading hours
A licensee may apply to the chief executive to extend the trading hours during which a licensee is authorised to sell wine on the licensed premises, including, for example, the sale of the wine on Christmas Day or Good Friday, or before 1.00p.m. on Anzac Day.
If the chief executive grants the application the licensee is authorised to sell wine during the times, and on the conditions, approved by the chief executive.
If the chief executive considers that the licence should be endorsed with the new trading hours, the chief executive may require the licensee to produce the licence for endorsement.
