26 Submissions about an application
(1)
Written submissions may be made to the chief executive objecting to the granting of an application required to be advertised under section 25.
(2)
A regulation may prescribe the following matters—
(a)
who may make a submission;
(b)
how a submission may be made;
(c)
when a submission is to be made;
(d)
the grounds on which a submission may be made;
(e)
the procedure to be followed by the chief executive in considering a submission;
(f)
the matters to which the chief executive must have regard in deciding an application.
