51 Licensee to provide annual return
(1)
A licensee must, by the day prescribed under a regulation, give to the chief executive a return about the matters included in the licensee’s records.Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
(2)
The return must be made in a form approved by the chief executive and include the particulars prescribed under a regulation.Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
