53 Payment of fee
(1)
A licensee must pay a fee for the licence on an annual basis.
(2)
The amount of the fee is the amount prescribed under a regulation.
(3)
The fee is not payable until the licensee receives a notice stating—
(a)
the amount of the fee payable; and
(b)
the day by which the fee is payable.
