26 Other persons
(1)
WorkCover may enter into a contract of insurance for this subdivision with a person (the insured person), whether or not an employer, for injury sustained by other persons.
(2)
The contract may cover a person who performs work or provides a service from which the insured person gains a benefit for the same entitlements provided to a worker under this Act.
(3)
Cover under the contract must not exceed the cover available under this Act for—
(a)
compensation; or
(b)
damages.
