432 Presiding at meetings
(1)
The chairperson is to preside at all meetings at which the chairperson is present.
(2)
If the chairperson is not present at a meeting, the deputy chairperson is to preside.
(3)
If both the chairperson and deputy chairperson are not present at a meeting, the director chosen by the directors present at the meeting is to preside.
