632 Appointment of rehabilitation and return to work coordinator
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement of this section, an employer did not have an obligation to appoint a rehabilitation and return to work coordinator; and
(b)
on the commencement of this section, the employer has an obligation to appoint a rehabilitation and return to work coordinator.
(2)
The employer must appoint a rehabilitation and return to work coordinator on or before 1 July 2006.
