672 Provision for QWAs
(1)
The pre-amended Act continues to apply to a QWA under the Industrial Relations Act 1999 as if a reference in the pre-amended Act to a QWA were a reference to a QWA continued in force under the Industrial Relations Act 1999, section 775.
(2)
In this section—
pre-amended Act means this Act as in force immediately before its amendment by the Electrical Safety and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2011.
