674 Provision about workers and employers
(1)
Sections 11 and 30, and schedule 2, as in force immediately before 1 July 2013, continue to apply to an injury sustained by a worker after 17 November 2004 but before 1 July 2013 as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
(2)
In this section—
amending Act means the Industrial Relations (Transparency and Accountability of Industrial Organisations) and Other Acts Amendment Act 2013.
