699 Insurer’s responsibility for worker’s rehabilitation
(1)
Section 220(2) applies in relation to a worker who lodges a notice of claim, whether the claim is lodged before or after the commencement.
(2)
However, section 220(2) does not apply if a proceeding for damages in relation to the worker’s injury has started before the commencement.
