108 NWE if worker employed by 2 or more employers
(1)
This section applies if, at the time the worker’s injury was sustained, the worker was employed under concurrent contracts of service with 2 or more employers.
(2)
The worker’s NWE is to be calculated as if earnings under all the contracts were earnings in the employment of the employer for whom the worker was working when the injury was sustained.
