221 Definition for subdivision
In this subdivision—identifying information, in relation to a person, means the following—
the person’s name and any other name that the chief executive believes the person may use or may have used;
the person’s gender;
the person’s date and place of birth;
any other information given by the person about—
if the person claims to be a police officer—the person’s status as a police officer; orExample for subparagraph (i)—a number identifying the person as a police officer
if the person claims to be a registered teacher—the person’s status as a registered teacher, including any number, date or other information.Example for subparagraph (ii)—the person’s identification number for the person’s registration under the Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Act 2005
