320B Requesting information from other interstate screening units
(1)
This section applies if the chief executive reasonably believes an interstate screening unit has information about a person mentioned in section 310 that is relevant to the performance of the chief executive’s screening functions in relation to the person.
(2)
The chief executive may ask the interstate screening unit for the information.
(3)
The chief executive’s request may include the following information—
(a)
the person’s name and any other name the chief executive believes the person may use or have used;
(b)
the person’s gender and date and place of birth.
