323 Notice of change in police information
(1)
This section applies—
(a)
to a person who—
(i)
holds a working with children authority; or
(ii)
has made a working with children check application; and
(b)
if the person becomes aware that the police information about the person has changed.
(2)
The person must immediately give a notice that complies with subsection (3) about the change to the chief executive.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(3)
The notice given to the chief executive under subsection (2) must—
(a)
be given in the approved form and in an approved way; and
(b)
if the person is employed in regulated employment—include information about the employment.
