328C Change of contact details
(1)
A relevant person must give notice to the chief executive of a change in contact details within 7 days after the change happens.Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
(2)
For subsection (1), a change of contact details includes a change in the contact details from the contact details the person has given to the chief executive.
(3)
The notice may be given orally or in writing.
