515 Existing application for reversal of decision refusing an eligibility declaration
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement a person had made an application under section 186(2) to the commissioner; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement the application had not been decided.
(2)
At the commencement the amended Act applies and the commissioner may decide the application under the amended Act.
