521 Other current positive notices
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement a person held a positive notice; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement the positive notice was current; and
(c)
section 519 or 520 does not apply.
(2)
The amended Act applies to the person’s positive notice.
