537 Review of chapter 8 reviewable decision about person other than new disqualified person
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
before the commencement—
(i)
the commissioner makes a chapter 8 reviewable decision about a person; and
(ii)
the person has not applied for a review of the decision under section 354; and
(b)
at the commencement—
(i)
the period within which the person could have applied for a review of the decision under section 354 (the review period) has not passed; and
(ii)
the person is not a new disqualified person.
(2)
The person may apply for a review of the decision under section 354 within the review period.
