Meaning of current

In force

For this part, a thing is current if, immediately before the commencement—

(a)

for an application—it had not been finally dealt with; or

(b)

for a notice or other document or a decision—it was in force or had effect; or

(c)

for a requirement or request—it had not been complied with.
