571 Existing exemption notice application
(1)
This section applies to an exemption notice application that, immediately before the commencement, had not been decided, withdrawn or taken to have been withdrawn.
(2)
The application is taken to be a working with children check (exemption) application.
(3)
The amended Act applies for deciding the application.
