580 Undecided reviews and appeals
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement—
(a)
an application, made by a person under section 354, for a review of a chapter 8 reviewable decision had not been decided or withdrawn; or
(b)
an appeal against a decision of QCAT relating to a chapter 8 reviewable decision, started by a person under the QCAT Act, had not been decided or withdrawn.
(2)
The entity hearing the review or appeal must apply the amended Act in relation to the subject matter of the review or appeal.
