43G Supervision of exercise of power
(1)
This section applies if, under this regulation, the chief executive must ensure a thing in relation to the exercise of a relevant power.
(2)
The proper officer of a court must ensure the thing in relation to a relevant officer exercising the relevant power.
Example—
If a relevant officer is using approved restraints to restrain a child under section 19, the proper officer of a court must ensure the things mentioned in section 19(2).
