Functions of Chief Executive

In force

The functions of the Chief Executive are—

(a)

to implement the resolutions of the Trust in an efficient manner;

and

(b)

to ensure that records required under this or another Act are properly kept and maintained; and

(c)

to discharge any duties under this or any other Act relating to financial and annual reports; and

(d)

to exercise, perform or discharge any other powers, functions or duties conferred on the Chief Executive by the Trust, or by or under this or any other Act.
