42 Register of Trust Land
The Trust must keep a register of Trust Land (the
Register).
The Register must include, in relation to each piece of Trust Land, the information required by the regulations and may include such other information as the Trust thinks fit.
The Chief Executive is responsible to the Trust for the form and maintenance of the Register.
The Chief Executive must correct an entry in the Register that is not, or has ceased to be, correct.
The Register must be kept available for inspection by any person during ordinary office hours at the principal office of the Trust and may be made available to the public by electronic means.
A person may, on payment of the prescribed fee, obtain a copy of any part of the Register.
