2 Enfield General Cemetery Trust continues as Adelaide Cemeteries Authority
(1)
The Authority is the same body corporate as the Enfield General
Cemetery Trust established under the Enfield General Cemetery
Act 1944.
(2)
A reference in an Act or instrument to the Enfield General Cemetery
Trust is (where the context admits) to be read as a reference to the
Authority.
(3)
The offices of the members of the Enfield General Cemetery Trust are vacated on the commencement of this clause.
