11 Student associations
(1)
The Council may approve the formation of any association of students that is to be formed for the purpose of promoting the interests of students.
(2)
Such an association of students cannot adopt a constitution or rules, or alter its constitution or rules, unless the proposed constitution or rules, or the proposed alteration, has been approved by the Council.
