20 Transfer by proclamation
(1)
The Governor may, by proclamation, transfer any assets, contracts or liabilities of a prescribed university to Adelaide University.
(2)
A proclamation under subclause (1) has effect according to its terms.
(3)
A transfer cannot occur under this clause without consultation with the relevant prescribed university and Adelaide University.
