(1)
This clause does not apply to an instrument under clause 29.
(2)
A reference to a prescribed university in any contract or instrument transferred under this Schedule will, on the transfer of the contract or instrument, be taken to be a reference to Adelaide University.
(3)
A reference to a prescribed university in any other instrument will, from the prescribed day for the prescribed university, be taken to be a reference to Adelaide University.
