In this Part—

advisory committee means the Funds Advisory Committee established under section 43;

Fund guidelines—see section 40;

prescribed amount means—

(a)

in relation to the Adelaide University Research Fund—$200 million; and

(b)

in relation to the Adelaide University Student Support Fund—$120 million;

prescribed period means the period beginning on 1 January 2026 and ending on 31 December 2034.
