49 Tribunal may refer matter to Public Advocate
(1)
If the Tribunal is of the opinion that it is more appropriate that a particular application under section 48(1)(b) be dealt with by the Public Advocate, the Tribunal may refer the matter to the Public Advocate.
(2)
The regulations may make further provision in respect of referrals under this section.
