13 Separate Adult Safeguarding Unit to be established
(1)
The Chief Executive must ensure that a separate unit (the
Adult Safeguarding Unit) is established within the
Department to carry out functions under this Act.
(2)
To avoid doubt, the Adult Safeguarding Unit may be established within the Office for Ageing Well.
