26 Interpretation
In this Division—
applicant—see section 29(1);
presiding member, in relation to an animal ethics committee, means—
(a)
the member of the committee appointed to be the chairperson of the committee in accordance with the Code; or
(b)
a member of the committee from time to time acting as the chairperson of the committee.
