Reports in respect of alleged contraventions

(1)

If a person reports to an authorised officer an alleged contravention of this Act, the authorised officer must, at the request of the person, inform the person (if practicable) of any action proposed to be taken under the Act in respect of the allegation.

(2)

This section does not apply to a report made under section 13.
