9 Amendment of section 51—Offence to carry on certain businesses other than at registered premises
Section 51(3)(b)—delete
"teaching any science or research or experimentation pursuant to a licence under Part 4 of the Animal
Welfare Act 1985" and substitute:
an activity undertaken for scientific purposes pursuant to a licence under Part 4 of the Animal
Welfare Act 2025
