24A Navigational markers
The holder of an aquaculture lease must ensure that—
(a)
navigational markers are installed in the manner required under the conditions of the lease; and
(b)
structures or equipment comprising the navigational markers are maintained in good working condition.
Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $5 000.
Expiation fee: $500.
