6 Designation of racing controlling authorities
(1)
The Governor may, by proclamation—
(a)
designate a body as the racing controlling authority for horse racing;
(b)
designate a body as the racing controlling authority for harness racing;
(c)
designate a body as the racing controlling authority for greyhound racing.
(2)
The Governor may, by subsequent proclamation, substitute the body designated as a racing controlling authority.
