1 Composition of a biosecurity advisory group
(1)
A biosecurity advisory group consists of up to 9 persons appointed by the Minister.
(2)
A biosecurity advisory group will include at least 1 representative of the Minister.
(3)
The
Minister may appoint a suitable person to be the deputy of a member of a biosecurity advisory group.
(4)
A deputy may act as a member of biosecurity advisory group during any period of absence of the member in relation to whom the deputy has been appointed.
