Conditions to take effect later

In force

(1)

A condition of a permit may provide that all or a part of the permit does not take effect until the end of a specified period or on the happening of a particular event or on the occurrence of a specified state of affairs.

(2)

Without limiting subsection (1) the conditions may provide that the permit will not take effect until a financial assurance is provided in accordance with a condition.
