18 Duty to prevent, eliminate or minimise biosecurity risk
A duty imposed on a person to prevent, eliminate or minimise a biosecurity risk so far as is reasonably practicable is a duty—
(a)
to prevent or eliminate a biosecurity risk so far as is reasonably practicable; and
(b)
if it is not reasonably practicable to prevent or eliminate a biosecurity risk, to minimise, control or manage the biosecurity risk so far as is reasonably practicable.
