207 Recovery of costs
(1)
The
Chief Executive may charge the person to whom an individual biosecurity direction is given the reasonable costs of any inspection, test or assessment made by, or on behalf of, a designated entity as part of preparing the direction.
(2)
Any costs charged under subsection (1) are recoverable in accordance with the regulations.
