210 Variation or revocation of biosecurity direction
(1)
A designated entity may vary or revoke a biosecurity direction (although an authorised officer may only vary or revoke an individual biosecurity direction that has been issued by an authorised officer).
(2)
A variation to a biosecurity direction may make provision for any matter for which a biosecurity direction may make provision.
(3)
Without limiting subsection (2), a biosecurity direction may be varied by extending the time for complying with the direction.
(4)
A variation to, or revocation of, a biosecurity direction takes effect, and must be notified, in the same way as a biosecurity direction.
