224 Application for internal review
(1)
The relevant person may apply to the Minister for an internal review of a reviewable decision.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3)
An application must be made within 28 days after the relevant person received notice of the decision or within such longer period as the
Minister may, in the Minister's absolute discretion, allow.
