28 Inspection of fences
(1)
The
Minister may arrange for the inspection of a dog fence by a Public
Service employee at such intervals as are determined by the Minister on the recommendation of the board.
(2)
For the purposes of subclause (1), a Public Service employee may enter land and remain on land on which the fence is situated.
