Biosecurity matter sold for propagation

In force

A person must not sell any prescribed biosecurity matter for propagation unless it is accompanied by a label or other notice in writing containing the information prescribed by the regulations.

Maximum penalty:

(a)

for a body corporate—$50 000;

(b)

for a natural person—$10 000.
