Interpretation

In this Part—

amendment of an appointment policy or an accreditation policy includes an addition, revocation or substitution;

relevant authorisation means—

(a)

in relation to an accreditation authority, the approval of a person as an accreditation authority; and

(b)

in relation to a biosecurity auditor, the appointment of a person as a biosecurity auditor; and

(c)

in relation to a biosecurity certifier, the accreditation of a person as a biosecurity certifier;

relevant decision-maker means—

(a)

in the case of an application relating to an accreditation authority—the Chief Executive; and

(b)

in the case of an application relating to a biosecurity auditor—an accreditation authority; and

(c)

in the case of an application relating to a biosecurity certifier—an accreditation authority.
