4 The Registrar and Deputy Registrars
(1)
The person holding office as the Principal Registrar of Births,
Deaths and Marriages immediately before the commencement of this Act continues as the Registrar, subject to the provisions of this
Act.
(2)
The person holding office as the Deputy Registrar immediately before the commencement of this Act continues as a deputy registrar, subject to the provisions of this Act.
