7 Registrar's staff
(1)
The Registrar's staff consists of—
(a)
one or more Deputy Registrars of Births, Deaths and Marriages;
and
(b)
the other staff necessary for the proper administration of this
Act.
(2)
A Deputy Registrar has the powers and functions of the Registrar but is subject to direction by the Registrar.
(3)
The staff are to be Public Service employees.
