37 Register of interment rights
(1)
The relevant authority for a cemetery or natural burial ground must keep a register of all interment rights issued by the relevant authority.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
(2)
The relevant authority for a cemetery or natural burial ground must record in the register the location of and number allocated to, or a description of, each site in the cemetery or natural burial ground in respect of which an interment right has been issued.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
