62 Statutory declarations
If a person is required under this Act to furnish information to the
Minister or the Registrar, the Minister or the Registrar may require that the information be verified by statutory declaration and, in that event, the person will not be taken to have furnished the information as required unless it has been verified in accordance with the requirements of the Minister or the Registrar.
